Reserve your time, date and options by sending in your $50 (20% for Outreach Programs) nonrefundable reservation fee. Decide on number of participants, desired options and pay balance at the Ticket Window prior to start of Event. (cash, check, VISA, Mastercard or approved Purchase Order). Group Leader may pay for latecomers after the event is concluded. Refund or adjustment for latecomers or ‘no shows’ is not given. Payment for events must be made in one form of payment. Zoo cannot accommodate separate payments by participants.

Please have your group meet at the Guided Group Tour Sign or at the Birthday Party Sign near the Zoo Entrance at least 5 minutes prior to starting time. Check in at the Zoo’s Ticket Booth as soon as everyone in the group is present.

Remember to dress for the weather! In case of severe weather (snow, ice or high winds), please call to confirm your tour or event.

Outside food and drink are allowed in the Celebration House or in our Mountain Lion Plaza only. No food or drink consumption is allowed during the tour itself, so please plan accordingly.

Your Event time is reserved especially for you. In case you are not able to make your appointment, please call the Zoo at 425-392-6278.

Call the Education Department at 425-392-6278. At times the Zoo can accommodate short notice requests, but to assure your desired time, reservations should be made well in advance.

You should be at the Zoo 10-15 minutes prior to your event start time. As a courtesy, please call us to let us know you are running late. Realize that starting late may result in a shorter event time due to scheduling. Please arrive in a timely manner.
Due to tour guide availability, your tour will start promptly at the prescheduled start time. Guests who are arriving late can check in at the Ticket Window and Group Leader will escort them to join group.

In order to facilitate an enjoyable and organized event each event/group must have a person in charge. This person is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the event including administration, scheduling, payment, group etiquette, accommodating late comers, early departures, cancellation and conclusion of event.

Your Event cost includes a full day admission to the Zoo. Use this bonus and spend more time enjoying the Zoo. Mountain Lion Plaza is a great picnic area you can use after your tour to relax and enjoy a picnic. The Plaza is first come, first serve. The Celebration House is pre-decorated with a zoo theme, overlooks the Reindeer Habitat and has a refrigerator and freezer. Completely enclosed, the Celebration House is an exceptional choice for rainy days or for those craving a more exclusive party.

You can reserve a Covered Outdoor Kiosk with picnic table(s) or the Celebration House which is pre-decorated with a zoo theme, overlooks the Reindeer Habitat and has a refrigerator and freezer. Completely enclosed, the Celebration House is an exceptional choice for rainy days or for those desiring a more exclusive party. To facilitate scheduling, rental of Celebration House and Outdoor Kiosks are based on an hourly fee. Please calculate overall use time (including set up and conclusion) and rent facility accordingly.

If you wish to enter the Zoo to pick up your child you must buy an Admission Ticket. If you wish to pick up your child outside the Zoo Entrance call Host (Group Leader) by cell phone to escort your child to your location. Your child should be escorted to the Admission Gate by the Host (Group Leader). Zoo Staff is not in a position to escort visitors arriving late or leaving early.
