Workshops for Educators, Counselors and Administrative Staff at Your Location or at the Zoo



     These Professional Workshops for active classroom teachers, counselors, activity directors and administrative staff offer a special opportunity to learn more about Cougar Mountain Zoological Park. Workshops are designed to give an overview of the Zoo and to show how to use the Zoo as an educational and activity resource.

Held at the Zoo:
      Held on Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
       In classroom instruction and Zoo Tour.
      General Zoo Admission included.
      Zoo Information Packet for participants.
      Attendance is limited to active classroom teachers, counselors,        activity directors and administrative staff. (Not open to children,        friends or family members)
      Workshop may not be held if pre-registration is under 12        participants.

To assure a particular date, recruit a group from your school or institution.

Held at Your Location:
       Workshops may be as long as 1½ hours
       Date and time to be arranged in advance to fit your schedule.
