We will continue to follow all Washington State and King Co. public health guidelines.

We've taken steps to ensure everyone stays healthy
- Face coverings are now required for ages 5 and up.
- Even though we already had them, we've added even more hand sanitizing stations.
- You'll find signage all over the zoo promoting excellent hygiene.
- Zookeepers love to clean! We've increased the frequency of daily cleaning and disinfecting.
- Most paths are now one-way. This will keep everyone headed down the same path and increase our capability for social distancing!
- We still want you to learn something during your visit! To reduce crowding Mini Lectures will happen throughout the day at random times.
- We love to learn! That means our staff has ongoing education on COVID related best practices which ensure's we're all working as a team to promote your health.
- We've got protocols in place to limit and monitor attendance to the Zoo. Don't worry, we still have room for you!
- We're working to limit our interaction as much as we can. With online admission purchases, enjoy a contactless zoo entry.
